Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Damaged or defective items reported more than 7 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at company@gadgetshive.net within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
We'll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or full refund.
Return Process

- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Please note: Due to international shipping, return shipping may take 15-30 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at company@gadgetshive.net. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
